🎓Congrats to the grad, Beso!😘
"Beso is a special boy. Very loving, but very sensitive. Over time, negative experiences with strangers, my misunderstanding of his signals and chronic pain created some pretty significant problems. To the point he started biting, making caring for him extremely stressful. I knew he was anxious and stressed, and there were a lot of anxiety and tears on my part just not knowing how to help him. His trainer suggested Insight. Dr Ballantyne and the team took us in, and a year or two later, I have a completely different dog! He's so much happier and less anxious. He's able to explore the world without the excess fear, and has made lots of new people and dog friends. He's even done amazing bringing foster dogs and a new dog sibling into the house! The support we had was incredible! I would recommend Dr Ballantyne and Insight to anyone struggling with a "difficult" dog. It will forever change your relationship with them for the better!!"

🌮Taco has graduated! 🎓
After hard work and dedication by Taco's human, Taco's behavioral care has stabilized and can be managed by his primary care veterinarian.
What did his human have to say about their time with Insight?
"When Taco started seeing Insight he was attacking one of our other cats daily, biting/swatting at me frequently, and overall had a lot of anxiety and fear. After working with Insight, Taco now curls up next to me and purrs while making biscuits instead of swatting at me or biting me. He gets along with all the cats in the house now and he's much braver than before. Taco's whole life has been changed for the better."

Graduation can occur when a patient's treatment plan of medication, management and training has stabilized and the primary care veterinarian can manage the plan moving forward.

In honor of , we are celebrating one of our latest graduates, LUCY!! Her family worked hard with our team to find the most supportive treatment options for her (medication, management & training). Now that things are stable, Lucy's primary care veterinarian will maintain her behavioral care.
