We’re barreling toward the holiday season, so here’s our friendly policy reminder to keep us running smoothly during a hectic time of the year! As a reward for reading through this boring-no-fun post, the first person to correctly comment (instagram only) what animal Shop Dog Zeke is cosplaying as will get ✨$5 off their next groom!✨
•We have a 48hr cancellation policy- if you cancel within 48hrs of your appointment you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
•Same- day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 50% of their appointment price.
•We have a 15 minute grace period- if you are more than 15 minutes late we will cancel your appointment and charge you 50% of your appointment price.
•We will always give you a 30 minute heads-up before your pet is ready. Dogs must be picked up within 30 minutes of completion (so an hour after our heads-up text) or we will charge a $25 late pick up fee.
•If you think you’ll have to leave your pet with us longer, please let us know prior to your appointment if possible.
These policies are in place to keep Good Boys running smoothly. We haven’t fully been enforcing these policies (and that’s on us!)- but we’ve had many same day and wihtin our 48hr window cancellations in the last month.
As a reminder, we are a small salon of two people and may not be able to fit you back in if you cancel. We do out best- but cannot create more time in a day. Please plan accordingly and let us know ASAP if you have to reschedule, Good Boys!
