I pull the ottoman up close to the tv and she'll sit there for hours - most of the time watching, sometimes just sitting and listening to the outside noises. When I go away I plan on putting the tv on a timer so she can watch it for a while during the day. I would recommend not buying this unless you have a glass tv screen - my kitty paws at the tv constantly.
