One of the people visiting the dog beach on or around Friday, 10/24/25 found a key fob for a jeep on a Stanford University lanyard. She put it in the Lost & Found box.

Today at the dog beach there were 2 people with 3 dogs sitting at a table drinking. Their dogs were growling and snapping at everyone and their dogs according to an eye witness.
Around 4:20 a very young golden retriever puppy wondered over there, the pack of three immediately jumped him in a brutal attack.
The puppy owner immediately jumped in to save his dog, and one of the dogs took a huge chunk out of the man’s leg. The puppy was screaming. The man picked up the dog and ran away with his leg bleeding. One of the dogs from the mob ran after him, barking and nipping at him. The drinking owners never did anything. They just stayed on the beach like nothing happened .
If anyone knows the owner of the puppy, who was badly bitten himself, please tell him we have pics of the owners, the dogs and an eye witness who is quite shaken up by just witnessing this brutal attack. We do not know how badly the puppy was hurt. The owner of the injured dog and person should send an email to [email protected]

The tide is high and the lifeguards are kicking most out of the water. Red flags are up. No swimming allowed. Yes, the lifeguards from the people beach are walking our beach telling people to get out of the water.
