Our board members had a meeting discussing how they could improve their foal pictures.

Clearly, naps, not standing still and looking like moldy carpet were not on that meeting agenda.

Our oldest is four months and our youngest is three months.

All are Polo bred with some super cool outcrosses. We have three full JC TBs, one APHA and one AQHA Appendix.

When you post things for the public eye 98% of the time your posts are met with positive reactions or comments.
That other 2% is a negative reaction or comment. People giving their negative two cents, or judging based on the way something looks in a photo without knowing anything about the subject matter.

We understand everyone has their owns opinions, just like we do and you have every right to voice them. However, when it comes to the health of our horses we take that seriously.

Some comments were made regarding our last post and our mares, “JMH Whipoorwill” aka Feathers, feet. We pride ourselves with being transparent. We understand she was due to be trimmed and was after that photo was taken. We understand her toes were long in the photo. That being said, Feathers, like all of our horses, receives the out most care. Whether it be farrier work, vet work or nutritional needs.

We will protect our reputation and our horses. Negative comments and post bashing will not be tolerated.

On a lighter note, we are so incredibly thankful that our page is gaining more followers that support our little breeding program and our horses. Social media can be so toxic and disheartening, we like to think our Crown H ponies brighten people’s feed the way they do our lives every day.

Like Cisco being a ham while getting a pedicure 😉

A 2022 Grey AQHA Appendix Mare by Small Change (North Rock) out of Devons Flying Pie (Devons Signature)

This mare is to die for! She is our last Appendix by our late stallion, Small Change.

She is a full sibling to our stallion, “The Cisco Kidd”.

This mare is 71% TB and one of our unique crosses of Polo lines on old school Running QH.

Shes in training and we can’t not wait to see her on the field!

She has been retained, but we do have her yearling half sister available that looks just like her! 😉

Three of our home bred Polo prospects!

“Whatta Bad Kat” aka Gato a 2025 Grey APHA C**t by Change My Mojo (Small Change) out of Holykitty (Bionidetti)

We are a firm believer in tying our babies. It does their little brains so much good. We also believe our stud c**ts should be treated like any other horse. They are tied, ponied and hauled with mares. These three are all business and stand like old pros!

We couldn’t be more excited for these three! All are by or out of proven Polo ponies! We just love how the La Dolfina lines are crossing on our Crown H mares! A

Roja has been started and both the boys will be started next spring!

Yesterday, we laid two of our girls to rest. On a beautiful summer day, under the trees where many of our beloved Crown H horses lay. It’s never easy but it was time.

Neither mare owed us anything. They were the start of two programs. Out produced themselves with every foal and were truly the best mommas. Both phenomenal examples of their breeds with bloodlines that are hard to find today.

We are incredibly grateful and blessed to call them ours and we will miss them terribly.

We love you sweet girls. Rest easy.

We have a confirmed pregnancy!

We are so excited for this out cross! Our Polo lines on modern cow/rope lines!

The goal of this foal is a Rope Horse Furtuity prospect!

Indy is not only one of our phenomenal Polo ponies but she’s also a pretty nice rope horse!

Indy is the only APHA mare by our late stallion, “Small Change”. She is not only a great granddaughter of Northern Dancer but she’s a grand daughter of Sacred Indian. We think Indy will cross beautifully in Hesa Mobspark!

We cannot wait to see this foal!

Same Princess. Same.

Like our broodmares we are over this heat, bugs and dust.

Princess is one of our retired broodmares living her best life turned out with our other retired broodmare, open broodmares and young fillies!

She had quite the extensive show career and has over 30k in NRCHA earnings! She was retired due to injury. We acquired her in her late teens and have had two fantastic fillies out of her!

She’s earned her right to spend the rest of her life eating good grass and watching out for our younger fillies like the Princess she is.
