I don't like to complain but it there some kind of new rule that the mail carriers don't have to open the mail slot to put your mail in? Just found my mail ( 3 bills) sitting on my porch not even rubber band together. Usually they make it a fall hazard by putting it on the floor but i will take that over leaving my mail to blow away. O guess after 30 years I will put a stupid mailbox on the house.
