Hello Barrel Series Competitors!
It came to our attention that average results were not populating correctly in SaddleBook. After reviewing the setup, it appears the way this series was created does not support automatic average tracking. We have attached the current average standings for competitors who have attended both races up to this point.
Reminder: Competitors must compete in all three races to be eligible for average awards.
At our recent Melody Riders review, we discussed how grateful we are for the incredible support this series has received from our competitors, sponsors, and community. We also want to remind everyone that every person helping put on these races is a volunteer. Every dollar earned through our events goes directly back into the club to support arena and grounds improvements, awards, equipment, and the growth of future events.
Because of the great turnout and support, we are excited to announce that we are adding $1,000 to the Average Purse!
💰 Average Purse Added Money
Open: $700
Youth: $300
The average payout will pay:
Open: 3 places in each D
Youth: 3 places in each D
🏆 Average awards and payouts will be presented shortly after the final Youth class on Friday, between the entry and exit gates.
