A little belated, but I wanted to give an update on our sweet Oliver boy!
We’ve had Oliver since April 5th, and in these few months we’ve learned SO much about his personality.
Oliver is such a smart little guy! He absolutely loves puzzle toys, frozen enrichment, and snuffle mats. Give him something that makes him use his brain and he is one happy pup!
He is also definitely spunky and a little feisty
He can be reactive on leash, but we’ve been working hard on his training and using hotdogs on our walks to help him focus on us. He has quite the personality when he sees something exciting. He’ll huff and puff and kick his little feet!
But underneath all that sass is the sweetest boy. He absolutely melts into pets and can be incredibly affectionate. He loves his people, loves attention and lap time, and one of his favorite things in the world is sleeping under the covers with us every night.
He also LOVES going to Sniffspot Getting to explore all the different smells, wander around, and occasionally break into a little trot is basically his idea of a perfect outing. Sometimes even a pupcup!
And of course, we can't forget his relationship with his kitty brother, Archie! Oliver absolutely loves Archie, and Archie actually really enjoys playing with him too. They chase each other, play, and keep each other entertained… but cuddling is apparently where they draw the line.
They are brothers, but they have boundaries.
We’re so lucky to have this silly, sweet, spunky little guy in our lives.
