It is with a heavy heart that I’ve decided to close the Chetek Veterinary Clinic at year end and move all our animal care operations to the Cameron Veterinary Clinic.
Chetek Veterinary Clinic has been serving the Chetek area since the 1940’s. For over 70 years Doctors Woodard, Turner, Vork, Staff, Blotz and others have taken care of every animal that walks, crawls, hops, or flies. Over those decades, we have sought change: medications, treatment techniques, equipment, and anesthesia have vastly improved by changing how we deliver our services. Our patients now live healthier and longer lives because we embrace the change. Our move to Cameron is another change that improves our patient care, client experience, and staff satisfaction.
The location might change but one thing that will never change is the passion the Doctors and staff feel about their quest to help animals live happier lives, manage illness, and leave their life with dignity and peace.

PS As part of our Cameron operation we are going to be adding a barn space to accommodate haul in equine care. In the meantime hauling horse patients to Cameron Veterinary Clinic is an option.
