First, we want to say a HUGE thank you to all of our wonderful clients who have been booking ahead for the upcoming holiday season! 🎄🦃 We truly appreciate you planning ahead to secure your pup’s appointments and helping us keep our schedule running smoothly!
We just wanted to share a few friendly reminders as we head into our busiest time of the year! 🐶✂️
⏰ Appointment Cancellations & No-Shows
We understand that life happens and plans can change! However, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
A $25 fee will apply to no-show appointments, as well as cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice.
🐾 Appointment Pickups & Salon Stays
Due to our limited salon space, we are unable to accommodate all-day stays. We kindly ask that you make arrangements to pick up your pup in a timely manner once their grooming appointment is complete.
Our goal is to provide every dog with a safe, comfortable, happy, and loving grooming experience! We want to minimize unnecessary waiting time and make sure each pup feels as relaxed as possible while in our care. ❤️
