In observation of Memorial Day our office will be closed Sunday, May 29th- Monday, May 30th. There will be no emergency on call services while we are closed. Open emergency facilities will be listed on our office answering machine. We will resume normal business hours on Tuesday, May 31st at 7:30am. Our emergency on call service will resume Tuesday, May 31st at 5pm. We wish you a safe and happy Memorial Day Weekend!

Announcement:

CAHLLC will not have after hours emergency services part of this week starting tonight (3-7-2022) since Dr Bainter is out of town for continuing education. After hours emergency services will resume Friday, March 11th.

The office will be open for normal business hours (7:30a-5:00p) and appointments with Dr. Burk. Sorry for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. The answering machine will have emergency facility numbers on it in case you need those services.

❄️❄️IMPORTANT NOTICE❄️❄️

Due to severe weather, we will be closing today, Wednesday, February 2nd at 3:30pm and will be closed all day tomorrow, Thursday, February 3rd. The safety of our patients, clients, and the CAHLLC team is our top priority. If you have a medical emergency, please call the clinic phone for further instructions at 618-826-5332.

Weather permitting, we will resume normal business hours on Friday, February 4th.

The doctors and staff of CAH LLC want to wish everyone a merry Christmas. We will be closed the afternoon of Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. We will be back in the office for normal business hours Monday morning. There will be no on call services this weekend so we can enjoy the holidays with our families.
