Meet Pete, our Patient of the Week! This mixed breed pup has earned the nickname “Sweet Pete”, we were told, and we agree 100%🥰 He was such a good boy for his exam and vaccinations—his mom has adopted a real gem!💎🐾❤️

Doubling up for this week's Patient of the Week post--meet Dolche and Luna! These large doggos were full of kisses and tail wags for us during their checkup appointment. Dolche's nickname is "Fabio" with that gorgeous mane of fur he has, so handsome🥰 Luna wagged her little Rottie nub through the whole visit, sweet girl💗🐾

We have had so many accommodating and photogenic kitties for our Patient of the Week posts lately!! This handsome orange boy is Johnny Nugget—he enjoyed his snuggles from Lexi and barely noticed his shots🥰🐈🐾

Meet KiKi, our gorgeous Patient of the Week! Kiki did an excellent job choosing her new pet parents when she showed up at their door a few months ago—she is now the Queen of the Castle and living her best life!🐈🐾

This week we have a LARGE (145lb!) Patient of the Week, Bodhi the Great Dane! It's always a challenge when these big guys aren't on board with what we're doing (getting on the scale seems to be their least favorite), but with a little patience we were able to get Bodhi's annual exam/vaccinations/testing completed! This photo was taken once everything was done and he was relaxing😇🐾

Our latest Patient of the Week is Alex! This handsome kitty won the lottery when he came home with his new pet parents--he already has multiple beds, toys, window seats, etc in his new home. We were so pleased to meet him (although he definitely wasn't so sure about us!)🥰🐾

This extra-adorable Patient of the Week is Luna, the Great Dane puppy! Luna’s pet parents are longtime clients of ours and we are so thrilled to welcome their new furry family member🥰🐾

It is so amazing that after amost 26 years as a veterinarian, Dr. Mathis can still find new things to learn about animals! Recently, she has gone down the honey bee "rabbit hole" and is currently taking her fourth online continuing ed class on honey bees! Did you know that honey bees need veterinary care? They do! They are also incredibly fascinating animals--we highly recommend this documentary with amazing photography, available on Hulu and Disney Plus!🐝🐝🐝

Starting back up with our Patient(s) of the Week!
We saw this crew of cuties last week--Chloe decided that sitting on top of her brother, Floyd, during her exam was the best option😂 Foster sister, Casey, observed from afar and then took a little snooze on top of her ball😴 She is waiting to be adopted while learning all about how to be a good doggo from Chloe and Floyd!💗🐾
