I have done many business deals throughout my 7 years of my farm and i have to say today was a first.... I was buying a pair of tolbunts from Windy Hill Farm, and after an hour or so of talking and figuring out price and what exactly she has i thought we had come to an agreement as to what the deal was.... I sent her 25.00 down on the birds and i also found out that they were only 10 wks old and she said she didnt want them outside that they were in a temperature regulated brooder in the house... I told her i have a bird nursery in my house that i can house them in i would have to get it ready, i was under the impression they were older birds...that was on the 10th... Then she ims me on the 12th as to when am i picking up the birds..The deposit was to hold the birds... I have been super sick this week and have been on the couch.... and well today she writes me, tells me she sold the birds and is returning my deposit which is nice ty, but for real... If you are a good business person u dont block someone mid conversation. You stand by what you do. She didnt even give me a fair chance i dont no if other ppl have done her wrong or if that is just her business practices. Right in the middle of our conversation she blocked me. Pretty immature..... I would think twice before i do business with Windy Hill Farm, she seems to have a major chip on her shoulder. Not a very nice person.
