💛 Happy Vet Tech Appreciation Week 💛

Meet Kevin, our Lead Veterinary Assistant, Inventory Manager, and future LVT! With nearly 12 years of experience in veterinary medicine and almost 3 years here at Mt. Pleasant Veterinary Clinic, Kevin brings a wealth of knowledge, dedication, and passion to our team. 🐾

Kevin began his career in general practice, where he spent five years caring for a variety of animals, including exotic species, before moving into emergency veterinary medicine for three years. He eventually found his way back to general practice, where he continues to grow his skills and share his experience with those around him! 💙

He’s currently in his final year of veterinary technology school at TCC, working toward becoming a Licensed Veterinary Technician! He’s also working toward his Fear Free certification and plans to pursue practice management education through Penn Foster next semester. Talk about dedication! 🙌📚

One thing Kevin is especially passionate about is helping fellow veterinary assistants build their skills and confidence. Whether he’s supporting patient care, keeping our inventory running smoothly, or helping teammates learn and grow, Kevin plays an important role in keeping our clinic moving forward. 🩺✨

💚 Happy Vet Tech Appreciation Week 💚

Meet Kalena! 🐾 Although she’s only been working in veterinary medicine for the past year and a half, her love for animals goes back much further! From a lifetime of working with animals to even spending time as a farm hand, Kalena has always had a passion for animal care! 🐽

She’s currently working hard toward becoming a Licensed Veterinary Technician and hopes to one day pursue her dream of working in zoological veterinary medicine! 🦁🦒 She also holds her AVA and Fear Free certifications, showing her dedication to growing her skills and providing compassionate, fear-free care to her patients! 💚

And of course, we couldn’t leave out her adorable photo buddy, Shai! 🐶💕 This sweet pittie was absolutely smitten with Kalena, showering her with kisses and showing off the quirkiest smiles! We think it’s safe to say the feeling was mutual! 🥹😚

🧡 Happy Vet Tech Appreciation Week 🧡

You’ve probably seen Bry bouncing around the clinic, always ready to lend a hand and make every visit a great experience for our patients and clients! 🐶🐱💕

Bry has had a passion for animal care for as long as she can remember, spending years working and volunteering in shelters before finding her place in veterinary medicine! Over the past 2½ years, she’s continued to grow her knowledge and skills, earning her AVA and Fear Free certifications and working hard toward becoming the best LVT we know she’ll be! 🩺 She’s been part of our Mt. Pleasant family for a year now, and we’re so happy to have her enthusiasm, dedication, and willingness to learn as a part of our team! 💗

Also, a special shoutout to Ms. Ostynski for spoiling our team with all the goodies! 🍪🍰🍫 And if you know Bry, you know those brownies were definitely a hit! 😂🤎

💙 Happy Vet Tech Appreciation Week 💙

Today, we’re shining the spotlight on Taylor as we celebrate our amazing LVTs and the hardworking students who dedicate so much of themselves to caring for our furry friends! 🩺🐶

Taylor has been working in veterinary medicine and with animals for about 9 years and has been part of our Mt. Pleasant family for 2 years! 💙 While she already brings so much experience, compassion, and dedication to our team, she’s also continuing her education and working hard toward becoming a Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT)! We are so proud of the time, effort, and heart she puts into growing her knowledge and skills, and we have no doubt she’s going to make an incredible LVT. We’re so grateful to be part of her journey and can’t wait to see all the amazing things she accomplishes! 🩺🐾

And of course, we couldn’t leave out Taylor’s adorable babies, Junie and Jinx, showing off their costumes and getting ready for our Open House this Saturday from 10 AM–1 PM! 🎃🐾👻 We can’t wait to see everyone there!
