🐾Alumni Check-in🐾

Timothy Gilligan III aka Timmy, came into the shelter in December 2025 after being left at a dog park 😞This sweet boy approached a good Samaritan who brought him into the shelter. Timmy had some mild skin issues when we met him but they cleared up great with some TLC ❤️ Staff and volunteers alike immediately fell in love with his sweet disposition and love of belly rubs 🥰

Timmy, now Rocky, met his new family in January and is now living it up in Hawaii! 🤙 Rocky enjoys playing in the water, sunbathing, and sticking close to his human family and his feline sibling. He's come a long way from being left at a dog park 🥹

💞Congratulations, Rocky! And thank you to his wonderful new family for giving her a chance! 💞

Don’t forget that October is Adopt a Shelter Dog Month! You could adopt your very own adventure buddy! Check out all our adoptable pets on our website! https://www.cityofchesapeake.net/736/Adopt
