Today, we remember the heroes of September 11, 2001 and the countless lives forever changed that day. 🇺🇸

We honor the firefighters, police officers, first responders, search-and-rescue teams, service members, volunteers, and their four-legged partners who showed extraordinary courage in the face of unimaginable loss.

We will always remember their bravery, sacrifice, and unwavering partnership.

🇺🇸 September 11, 2001 — We Remember. Never Forget.

Now that the kids are back in school, routines change for everybody in the household, including pets!
Your pets may be wondering where everyone went.

Help your pet adjust to the new routine!

✔️ Adjust schedules gradually
✔️ Keep meals & walks consistent
✔️ Practice being home alone
✔️ When you get home, make time for exercise & attention
✔️Keep them busy with puzzle toys, treat-filled toys, and food can help prevent boredom
✔️ Watch for signs of stress. Changes in appetite, bathroom habits, barking, destructive behavior, or clinginess can be signs they're struggling with the new routine.

If your pet could plan the perfect summer day, what would they choose?

Our guess?
Most dogs are probably going for the picnic 🍔… and most cats are judging all three choices from the shade 😹

Summer cleaning isn't just for your house, it's also the perfect time for your pet's wellness check!

Here's what happens during a wellness visit:

✓ Full physical exam (head to tail)

✓ Lab work (catching invisible issues early)

✓ Weight check & nutrition chat

✓ Preventive care planning

✓ All your questions answered.

Think of it as an investment in your pet's future. We catch problems early, update vaccinations, discuss nutrition and behavior, and create a personalized wellness plan for the year ahead.

Don't wait until something's wrong, let's keep them healthy and thriving!

Ready to schedule?

Give us a call at 757-548-2000 to book. Your pet will thank you!

Just like people, our pets can be affected by poor air quality. Fine particles in wildfire smoke can irritate the eyes, nose, throat, and lungs.

📲 Check your local Air Quality Index (AQI) before outdoor activities. When the air is unhealthy for people, it can also be unhealthy for our furry family members.

Your pets count on you to keep them safe, even when the danger is something they can’t see. 💙🐾
