Chloe has searched high and low for a family to call her own, and after more than a year in our care, we’re still hoping her perfect match is out there.

This sweet senior girl is housebroken, rides wonderfully in the car, and absolutely adores children and enjoys a cat friend. Chloe’s only request? She’d love to be the queen of her castle and the only dog in the home so she can soak up all the love and attention she deserves.

After spending so much time waiting, Chloe dreams of a cozy bed, a family to call her own, and a place where she can spend her golden years surrounded by love!

She has so much love left to give and asks for so little in return—a warm home, kind hearts, and a family willing to give a senior dog the second chance she deserves!

These three dogs came into our care after the sudden passing of their owner, and their hearts are just as broken as ours. One day they had the comfort of a home, a person they loved, and a life they knew… and the next, everything changed.

Their entire world changed overnight, and while they may be confused and grieving, they are soaking up every bit of love and comfort they can get.

Despite all they have been through, they continue to show nothing but love, loyalty, and resilience. They are looking for patient, compassionate homes where they can feel safe again and be reminded that they are still deeply loved.

We know their owner would have wanted nothing more than for them to find happiness and security again. If you are looking to open your heart and home to a deserving companion, these pups are ready for their second chance.

Meet Dash!

Dash is a 2-year-old male Yorkie mix weighing around 7 lbs. He is great with other dogs, cats, and children. He’s your typical lap dog who loves being close to his people and wants nothing more than to be held in your toasty arms. Dash has the sweetest, most loving temperament—he’s ready to be the perfect little companion.

Pip is a 3-year-old female Yorkie mix weighing around 8 lbs. She gets along wonderfully with other dogs, cats, and children. This little lady is the definition of a lap dog—she loves nothing more than being close to her people and showering them with endless kisses. With her gentle, affectionate nature and sweetest temperament, Pip is ready to be someone’s perfect little companion.

We had an incredible day at our Pancakes & Pups event yesterday, and we’re still feeling so grateful! Thank you to everyone who came out and showed such amazing support for Paws for Life—it truly means the world to us.

A very special thank you to Jennifer Bachman for sharing her culinary talents and making breakfast so delicious! We’re also incredibly thankful to Surf Siren in Millville, DE for generously providing all of our food supplies—be sure to keep an eye out for this exciting new restaurant!

Our pups absolutely loved meeting everyone, and we did too. Days like this remind us why we do what we do—thank you for being part of it!

We’re busy getting everything ready for tomorrow’s event and couldn’t be more excited! It’s shaping up to be a beautiful day to enjoy a delicious breakfast together. We’d love for you to join us for a fun and welcoming morning—hope to see you there!

We will also have a pancake decorating station for children that join in on the fun!
