New footing in indoor arena, all weather footing with jumps in the outdoor arena, wash stall, grooming stall, washer dryer and bathroom.

Preinstalled fans for summertime along with automatic waters outside so fresh drinking water is never low!

I have had my customized feeding program for over 5 years tried and true to keep topline and weight on your horses.

Trainer and farrier on site along with outside trainers allowed!

Looking for one more boarder to join the Top Notch family. High end care with a supportive and low-key atmosphere. I have trail riders, pleasure riders, ranch riders, jumpers, dressage, hunters, and barrel racers. Trainer on site or able to train with any insured person. Indoor, outdoor, wash stall and grooming stall is the most favorite amenities. Outdoor shelter, automatic waters and large spacious stalls. I took a trip over to teach my student Chloe, who bought Athena out of my consignment program today instead of them hauling here. She was thriving in our lesson today learning to canter to small fences.This girl has only been riding for less than 2 years, but she has so much potential! She does the work at home and in lessons!
