Our newest lavender field, French Fields, has officially reached full bloom.
Rows of vibrant purple lavender are now at their peak, filling the landscape with color, fragrance, and endless photo opportunities. As the season continues, more fields will begin to bloom, creating an ever-changing tapestry of lavender across the farm.
Visit during Lavender Festival to experience the beauty of the season, stroll through the blooming fields, and enjoy lavender-inspired food, drinks, live music, and more.

A gentle celebration of summer through tea and fruit.
This intimate omakase experience explores the flavors that define the season — cooling watermelon, bright citrus, sun-ripened mango, estate olives, and sweet tropical fruits. Each course is thoughtfully served one at a time, guiding guests through the progression of summer through carefully paired sips and bites. Together, the teas and seasonal flavors unfold like chapters of the season itself.
