Attention Sunday Competitors!
We are super excited to have you out for this Sunday's Open Fun Show! Before you head out, we have some information for all competitors/trainers/parents.
Day trailer parking will be by the main ring in the grass. Ring 1 (wooden fenced ring) will be open for schooling 7:30-8:15, starting classes at 8:30. Ring 2 (jump ring) will be open for schooling 7:30-9:15, starting classes at 9:30.
*Schooling Saturday evening only allowed for overnight stablers*
The secretary's stand will open at 7:30 and will be set up between Ring 1 & Ring 2 where you can check in and get your number along with payments. We are accepting checks, Venmo or exact cash.
All stablers will be at the further barn, Barn B. Keep in mind there is a $30 STALL DEPOSIT for anyone using a day or overnight stall. This must be in check form, and will be torn up as long as the stall is cleaned. Stalls will be labeled with riders name on door, with a stall deposit box left on a chair in the middle of the barn. When riding to ring, please walk AROUND the pond, not between the main building and pond, and NOT through parking lot.
Day stablers and overnight stablers/campers MUST ENTER through new third entrance on the South side past the main building, do not dirve through parking lot to get to stabling. (directions shown below)
Important Overnight stabling & Schooling:
We have a wedding on grounds Saturday evening, so the grounds will not be open until 5:30pm Saturday evening, trailers will not be allowed in before. SCHOOLING ONLY ALLOWED AFTER 6PM. You must enter through 3rd entrance shown on map below.
Below I will attach Sunday's provisional schedule, along with a map showing parking information.
**NEW CLASS** We will be judging class #34 Crossrails as an equitation class, and have added class #34 B Crossrails hunter. Please let us know if you would like to add this class, or you are welcome to add at the secretary stand day of.
