🐾 VET TECH WEEK — DAY 4! 🐾

Another day, another amazing tech to celebrate! Today’s spotlight belongs to Mandie! 🩺❤️

Vet techs wear A LOT of hats—nurse, receptionist, cleaner, counselor, animal whisperer, treat dispenser… and sometimes professional butt-wiper. 😂

We truly couldn’t do what we do without the dedication and hard work of people like her. Thank you for showing up, jumping in, caring deeply, and helping make our clinic the little family that it is. ❤️

We appreciate you more than words can say, Mandie! 🐶🐱

🐾 VET TECH WEEK — DAY 3! 🐾

Today we’re celebrating Brooke! 💕🐾

There’s so much that happens behind the scenes in veterinary medicine, and Brooke is one of the people making it happen.

From comforting scared patients and reassuring worried owners to jumping in wherever she’s needed.

We are incredibly grateful to have Brooke as part of our clinic family.

Thank you for caring for every patient like they’re your own. 🐶🐱🐾

🐾 VET TECH WEEK — DAY 2! 🐾

Today’s spotlight is on Mistina! 🩺✨

If you’ve ever wondered who can somehow manage a 100-lb dog, a spicy cat, three ringing phones, and a doctor asking for something all at once…well, now you know!

She’s a patient advocate, a professional treat dispenser, and occasionally a full-time cat wrestler. 😹

We appreciate you more than you know, Mistina! Thanks for keeping us laughing and our patients in good hands. ❤️🐾

🐾 VET TECH WEEK — DAY 1! 🐾

Today we’re kicking off Vet Tech Week by celebrating Justin! 💕🩺

Justin is one of the familiar faces behind the scenes making sure our patients are safe, comfortable, and VERY loved. From assisting in appointments, to holding paws, calming nervous pets, and doing all the little things that keep our days running smoothly—he does it all! 🐶🐱

We’re so lucky to have you on our team, Justin! Thank you for everything you do for our patients, our clients, and our clinic family. 🐾

🐾❤️ HAPPY VET TECH WEEK! ❤️🐾

This week, we’re celebrating the amazing veterinary technicians who keep our clinic running, our patients cared for, and our days just a little less chaotic! 😂🩺

From drawing blood and placing IV catheters to comforting nervous pets, assisting in surgery, answering questions, cleaning up messes, and giving approximately a million treats a day… our techs do it ALL! 🐶🐱

Veterinary medicine isn’t always cute puppies and cuddly kittens. It’s long days, messy moments, worried hearts, difficult cases, and putting our patients first—even when they can’t tell us what’s wrong. ❤️

We’re so thankful for the compassion, dedication, hard work, and love our team brings to every patient that walks through our doors. You aren’t just coworkers; you’re part of our clinic family! 🐾

Help us celebrate our incredible vet techs this week! Drop a ❤️ in the comments to show them some love, or share a little appreciation for the people who care for your furry family members. 🥰

Our patients are lucky to have them, and so are we! 🐾💕

🐾 Happy Boss’s Day to Dr. Gilliam! 🐾💕

Today we’re celebrating the amazing woman who leads our little clinic family! From taking care of our patients to supporting our team through the busy, stressful, and sometimes downright chaotic days of veterinary medicine, you do so much more than just wear the title of “boss.” ❤️

We’re thankful for your dedication, compassion, hard work, and everything you do to make our clinic what it is. We know being the boss isn’t always easy, but we hope you know how much you’re appreciated!

Happy Boss’s Day, Dr. Gilliam! We’re lucky to have you! 🐶🐱🩺💗

🎀 OCTOBER IS BREAST CANCER AWARENESS MONTH 🎀

Did you know our pets can develop mammary (breast) cancer, too? 🐶🐱

Mammary tumors are one of the more common tumors found in female dogs and cats. Regularly checking your pet at home can help you notice something that wasn’t there before.

🐾 Keep an eye out for:
• New lumps or bumps along the mammary chain
• Swelling or changes in the skin
• Redness, irritation, or discharge
• Any lump that changes in size or appearance

🎀 Early detection matters! If you find a new lump on your pet, don’t wait and see—have it checked by your veterinarian.

And remember, spaying your pet can significantly reduce the risk of mammary tumors, especially when performed before the first few heat cycles.

This October, let’s raise awareness for breast cancer in both people AND pets. 💗🐾
