***Holiday Hours Reminder****
Baystate Mobile Veterinary Services will be closed on Friday, July 3, so our team can enjoy the holiday weekend with family and friends. We will reopen during normal business hours on Monday July 6th.

As you celebrate, please remember that fireworks and pets don't mix well. Even the calmest dogs and cats become frightened by loud noises.
Keep pets indoor during fireworks
Make sure collars and ID tags are up to date
Provide a quietspace with familiar bedding to reduce stress
NEVER bring pets to fireworks displays.
We hope you and your furry family members have a safe and relaxing Independence Day weekend!

A stomach bug has made its way through part of our team, so we'll be closing at 2pm today to give everyone a chance to recover.
We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. We'll be back soon after some rest, fluids, and a healthy dose of pet snuggles.
P.S. Unlike our patients, we do not recommend eating grass to settle an upset stomach.
Thank you for your understanding

UPDATE: False alarm-literally. It turns out the culprit was an issue with the sprinkler system, not a five-alarm veterinary emergency.
Everything is resolved, everyone is safe and we're back to normal operations. Phones are back on, and we're here if you need us.
Thank you for your patience

Unexpected excitement for a Monday morning–our building fire alarms are going off. Everyone is safe and we're OK but at the moment we're unable to access our phones to answer calls.
Please be patient with us while we get things sorted out (apparently even the building wanted a little drama today). Will respond as soon as we're able. Thank you for your patience.
