We would like to share an important update with our Carolina Custom Cages community. In November, we suffered a profound loss with the unexpected passing of one of our founders, G. Thomas Barnes. Thomas and Lynn built this company from the ground up through hard work, dedication, and an unwavering passion for the reptile community. His commitment to craftsmanship and care shaped everything Carolina Custom Cages stands for, and he is deeply missed.

Following his passing, Thomas’s family has stepped in to continue operations and ensure that Carolina Custom Cages remains a family-run business. This transition has been significant and, at times, challenging. As a result, recent orders and communication with our customers may have experienced delays. For this, we sincerely apologize.

We understand how frustrating these disruptions may be, and we want to express our gratitude for your patience and understanding. Our team is working diligently to stabilize operations, rebuild timely fulfillment, and restore the level of service you expect from us.
