🎉🐾 BIRTHDAY WEEK EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT: COLLIN! 🐾🎉

We’re continuing our celebration of the amazing people who have been with us since Day 1 — and today, we’re celebrating our Weekend Lead, Collin! 💜🐶

Collin started with us from the very beginning and has quickly become one of those trusted, reliable team members we know we can always count on. In fact, he has never missed a shift! 🙌

With his class schedule at UNCC, Collin quickly became our weekend expert, learning the ins and outs of keeping Molly’s running smoothly when the weekend crew takes over. His dedication and leadership eventually earned him a promotion to Weekend Lead! 🎉

Collin makes sure all of our pups get settled in safely at night, our weekend boarders are well cared for, and everything is running the way it should. And if you know Collin, you know he’s probably already there — because he’s at least 15 minutes early to EVERY shift! 😂👏

Most importantly, Collin genuinely loves the pups… and judging by these pictures, they absolutely love him right back! 🥹🐾❤️

Collin, thank you for your reliability, dedication, and all the ways you’ve contributed to Molly’s growth over this first year. We’re so lucky to have you as part of our original team!

🎂💜 Congratulations on an amazing first year, Collin! 🎉🐶

Here’s to many more weekends, wagging tails, and Molly’s memories! 🐾✨

🎉🐾 IT’S OUR BIRTHDAY!!! 🎂💜

Today’s the day — Molly’s Dog Care is officially ONE! 🥳🐶

We’ve been celebrating all week, but today is extra special because it’s our actual birthday! 🎈

Come by and celebrate with us! We’ve got cake, treats, birthday vibes, and plenty of puppy love waiting for you! 🎂🐾💜

We’re SO grateful for every pup, pet parent, team member, and friend who has been part of our first year. You’ve helped make Molly’s what it is today, and we couldn’t have done it without you! 🥹💜

Come grab a slice of cake and celebrate ONE amazing year with us! 🎉

Here’s to many, many more! 🐶💜🎂

🎉🐾 BIRTHDAY WEEK EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT: JEFF! 🐾🎉

Today we’re celebrating another one of our Day 1 originals — and the guy who takes care of our pups while the rest of us are catching some Z’s! 🌙🐶

Meet Jeff! 💜

Jeff has been our overnight team member since the very beginning. He came to us with tons of experience caring for pups during the day and was excited to take on the challenge of trying the overnight shift when we opened.

And we were especially excited to have him join us because Jeff was one of our original sitters for our office dog, Toby! 🐾❤️

When it comes to reliability, Jeff is 100%. In an entire year, he has never missed a shift! 🙌 That kind of dedication is something we truly appreciate.

Every night, Jeff makes sure our pups are comfortable, happy, and getting a good night’s sleep — and that our facility is clean, organized, and ready to welcome everyone when the morning team arrives. 🌙✨

While most of us are sleeping, Jeff is making sure Molly’s is taken care of. And we couldn’t ask for anyone better to trust with our pups overnight. 💜

Thank you, Jeff, for your incredible dedication to Molly’s and the pups!

🎂🐾 Happy 1-Year Anniversary, Jeff! 🎉

Here’s to our original overnight guy and many more nights of keeping the pups cozy and Molly’s ready for a new day! 🌙🐶💜
