Safe to say, our birthday week ended with some VERY happy pups! 💜

🎉🐾 BIRTHDAY WEEK EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT: COLLIN! 🐾🎉

We’re continuing our celebration of the amazing people who have been with us since Day 1 — and today, we’re celebrating our Weekend Lead, Collin! 💜🐶

Collin started with us from the very beginning and has quickly become one of those trusted, reliable team members we know we can always count on. In fact, he has never missed a shift! 🙌

With his class schedule at UNCC, Collin quickly became our weekend expert, learning the ins and outs of keeping Molly’s running smoothly when the weekend crew takes over. His dedication and leadership eventually earned him a promotion to Weekend Lead! 🎉

Collin makes sure all of our pups get settled in safely at night, our weekend boarders are well cared for, and everything is running the way it should. And if you know Collin, you know he’s probably already there — because he’s at least 15 minutes early to EVERY shift! 😂👏

Most importantly, Collin genuinely loves the pups… and judging by these pictures, they absolutely love him right back! 🥹🐾❤️

Collin, thank you for your reliability, dedication, and all the ways you’ve contributed to Molly’s growth over this first year. We’re so lucky to have you as part of our original team!

🎉🐾 BIRTHDAY WEEK EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT: JEFF! 🐾🎉

Today we’re celebrating another one of our Day 1 originals — and the guy who takes care of our pups while the rest of us are catching some Z’s! 🌙🐶

Meet Jeff! 💜

Jeff has been our overnight team member since the very beginning. He came to us with tons of experience caring for pups during the day and was excited to take on the challenge of trying the overnight shift when we opened.

And we were especially excited to have him join us because Jeff was one of our original sitters for our office dog, Toby! 🐾❤️

When it comes to reliability, Jeff is 100%. In an entire year, he has never missed a shift! 🙌 That kind of dedication is something we truly appreciate.

Every night, Jeff makes sure our pups are comfortable, happy, and getting a good night’s sleep — and that our facility is clean, organized, and ready to welcome everyone when the morning team arrives. 🌙✨

While most of us are sleeping, Jeff is making sure Molly’s is taken care of. And we couldn’t ask for anyone better to trust with our pups overnight. 💜

As we celebrate another year of Molly’s, we’re shining the spotlight on the people who have been here since Day 1 — and Georgia is one of those special people! 💜

When we first met Georgia, she had limited experience in dog care, but there was something we couldn’t teach: her personality just SHINED. ✨ We knew we had to have her on the team!

Since opening day, we’ve watched her grow from a part-time team member into a confident, full-time Dog Attendant who has become such an important part of the Molly’s family.

Her reliability and adaptability are unmatched, and no matter what the day throws her way, Georgia is someone we know we can count on. 🙌

And honestly… just LOOK at these pictures. 🥹🐶 The dogs have clearly made their feelings about Georgia very, very known. ❤️

Georgia embodies that special Molly’s Care — the kind of genuine love, attention, and connection that you simply won’t find anywhere else. 🐾💜

As we celebrate another year of Molly’s, we’re also celebrating the people who have been here helping make it what it is — starting with the very beginning! 💜

Meet Katrina! 🐶✨

Katrina joined us one year ago as our very first full-time Daycare Attendant and has since been promoted to Daycare Lead! 🙌

Monday through Friday, Katrina is the one opening these doors, getting our pups (and our team!) started on the right foot, and setting the evening shift up for success. She’s someone we can always count on, and that reliability means so much to us.

But perhaps our favorite thing about Katrina? She LOVES the pups… and the pups absolutely LOVE her! 🥰🐕

From Day 1 to Daycare Lead, we couldn’t be more proud to have Katrina growing with us and helping make Molly’s the special place it is.
