🍂 From the pumpkin patch to the front porch! 🎃

There’s something about a porch filled with pumpkins, gourds, corn stalks and a little fall creativity that completely changes the feel of home.

For this one, I started right here at McLawland Farms—sourcing pumpkins from our patch, loading everything up, and then bringing it all together at my client’s home. And that final reveal… 😍🍁

Want to create your own fall porch? Come wander the patch, mix different colors, shapes and sizes, and build a collection that feels like YOU.

No big crowds. No cookie-cutter displays. Just a relaxed trip to the farm, beautiful pumpkins and a little inspiration.

🎃 Find your pumpkins.
🍂 Create your look.
🏡 Bring fall home.

Another Love Your Local is coming your way! Tuesday, we’re heading to far East Charlotte where McLawland Farms is creating a community centered around easy farm vibes and outdoor wellness. Throughout the year, folks can visit the farm to pick fresh flowers and fruits, find locally produced eggs, enjoy yoga in a quiet natural setting or spend the night at one of the rental cabins on the property. Since the farm’s creation several years ago, owners Larry Land and Jason McLawhorn have also added community-based events like a farmer’s market, live outdoor music nights, and Mother’s Day brunches. The pair, who’ve pivoted to farm life from their backgrounds in teaching and nursing, say they want everyone to feel welcomed to enjoy restorative outdoor time and learn more about how to add a little farming to their own life.

We’ll have that conversation on WCNC Charlotte streaming Tuesday, October 6, at 12:30p and on-demand. Find us on Roku, FireTV, Apple TV and Samsung!
