Meet Dakota and DaVinci, two of our muses for our pet-able Pet Gallery. 🧡🧡 DaVinci joined the Blumenthal family first, but when Dakota followed a year later, the two quickly became inseparable. DaVinci takes his role as Dakota’s big brother seriously, keeping watch for her outside, missing her when she's away on a walk, and, no matter how long they're apart, greeting her nose-to-nose whenever they're reunited.

What began as a five-person team in 2011 has grown to a 55-person team working across 3 clinics in Charlotte, Pineville, and Lake Norman. Each clinic is staffed by licensed and trained veterinarians, vet technicians, and assistants who show up every day to make sure your pets get care they can feel. 🧡 Thank you to our team members for standing behind our mission and providing the best care possible.

You’re used to seeing your pet’s name on our chalkboard, but during your next visit, you’ll get a whole new experience. Our walls are now filled with felted busts of pets who have helped shape Stand For Animals over the past 15 years. This pet-able art gallery is a reminder that there is an art to the care we provide for Charlotte pets, and we’re proud to be your choice for vet care. 🧡

Meet Az**el, one of our muses for our pet-able Pet Gallery. 🖤 He has always stood out. Rescued from a litter found in a box behind a dumpster, he was the lone black kitten among a tangle of orange tabbies. Nine years later, he's a professional cuddler, napper, and lover of Chick-fil-A waffle fries. Az**el has a pretty remarkable person, too. His owner Justin Davidson has spent four years working at Stand For Animals, seeing firsthand what accessible veterinary care can mean for animals and the people who love them.

We’re a mission-driven veterinary clinic, and as a nonprofit we are able to provide vet care that’s less expensive than a private practice. What does that look like over 15 years? More than 136,000 surgeries performed, 100,500 pet patients served, and nearly 2 million litters prevented. Help us continue our mission by donating just $15 for 15 years of Stand for Animals!
