To our Queen City Canine Community:
Due to circumstances beyond our control, Queen City Canine will be closing operations at this location effective Tuesday, February 3rd. This is not a message we ever hoped to share, and we know this news may come as a surprise.
Caring for your pets has been an incredible honor, and we are deeply thankful to every family who trusted us with such an important part of their lives. Every visit, every routine, and every familiar face has meant more to us than words can express.
As we move through this transition, our focus remains on doing right by the people and pets who made Queen City Canine what it was.
To support continued care in the Charlotte area, we’ve partnered with Lucky Dog Bark & Brew, who is prepared to welcome Queen City Canine families. Many familiar team members will be joining their locations to help provide continuity of care and the same friendly faces you know and trust. They are also extending a new-customer promotional offer to Queen City Canine clients as a gesture of support.
For those with existing reservations, active packages, or account credits, our team will be reaching out directly in the coming days to review next steps and ensure everything is handled with care and clarity.
