Life update for anyone curious:

I’ve been home from CanAm since Tuesday and have worked every day but one since. It hasn’t been a pleasant week. On our way home, Sage became very ill. Vomiting, diarrhea, refusing to eat. She was so sick. Sicker than I’d ever see her. Still 3.5 hours from home, I took her to an emergency vet where she was diagnosed with pancreatitis and hospitalized overnight. Thankfully, she improved enough to be discharged to continue our trip home and be hospitalized at a local ER for more treatment. She responded extremely well to treatment! She is home and pretty much back to 100% with new prescription food and careful diet management. ❤️

If I’ve been a little slow to respond to messages, that is partly why. Things seem to be looking up now and I’m really getting back into the swing of things!

Love this stack of DCC New Achievement collars for a litter of puppies!

PSA: I will be out of town beginning Sept 16th and returning home September 21st. I intend to leave the Etsy shop open and will be available sporadically to respond to messages.

Once I return, I’m planning to close the shop for a few days to knock out some orders, work on photos, and just generally recover from CanAm (LOL). Everything I have in the queue now should still ship within the 3-4 week timeframe! I expect no delays.

I’m not vending collars at CanAm this year—but Sage, Howdy, and I will be there! I’ll also be behind the camera as one of the CanAm photographers when I’m not racing/box loading. Come say hi!

Any interest in embroidered patches for collars? I made this one for Sage. I could do them like this so they’re removable and interchangeable, or I can sew them on!

The reason I decided to try this for my dogs is because Sage and Howdy have nearly the same neck size, so they share some collars. I still want info on their collars, and this way, I can swap out the patch depending on who is wearing the collar. I use tags too, but sometimes I don’t want things dangling from their collars.

Sage is going to wear this one for a bit to see how it holds up, but so far I really like the look.

If this is something you’d like to discuss, just reach out so we can arrange it. I can also order in just about anything. It’s a bit harder with licensed stuff like this, but if you have a specific theme/color request etc, I can probably find something!
