Wanted to take a quick second to shoutout to Rebecca of and the podcast. Put simply, Rebecca’s philosophy is something every reptile (or any animal) breeder should take the time to listen to. Easily the most impactful lecture I’ve ever heard and has me rethinking everything about how I approach the discipline. Her love of her craft and her animals bleeds through in every word she speaks. She combines decades of experience and a well studied scientific approach to deliver a message we can all learn something from. Absolutely inspiring. Thank you so so much for sharing your story.

There really is something to be said for the idea that unexpected results may lead you down a new and exciting path. When we first settled on this pairing we were not at all expecting these kinds of results. So far roughly half of the offspring produced by this pair express tangerine coloring along the dorsal and pinstripes and look just like this little one. It's safe (and exciting) to say that we'll be holding all of these back to develop this trait further.

Debuting in her first photoshoot, we are absolutely OBSESSED with this tangerine lilly white we call Dreamsicle. At only about 12 grams it's going to be a while before we can pair her but we can hardly wait.

The little business partner and I had to go pick up our latest additions from the shipping center. He only made it halfway back home before he fell out but I guess a long day of soccer will do that to ya. Should I dock his pay for sleeping on the job 😂.
