The Groombar at EarthWise Pet is entering a new era, and we’re looking for a Salon Co-Captain to join our veteran-led team in Matthews. Our salon is one-on-one, start-to-finish, and a true boutique experience. We focus on holistic, inside-out wellness, and are run by Certified Pet Dietitians. 🌱

We’re looking for professionals with 5+ years of experience and a heart for mentorship. If you’re an artist who loves refining the craft and providing world-class customer service, we have a table for you. 🖤

The Glow-Up Perks:
-Highly Competitive Pay: 40-45% commission to start, with a path to 45-50% within your first 90 days.
-Retail Commission: Get a piece of the action! We offer a commission program for retail sales you recommend.
-Employee Feed Programs: Several of our high-end brands provide free/discounted food for your own pets.
-Boutique Discounts: Significant savings on all retail products in the shop.
-Expert Environment: Work alongside our 20-year veteran Salon Lead in a state-of-the-art, high-end environment.
