Greetings Breeze Thru Agility friends,

Here’s a quick update on a change of venue for my 2026 Agility classes.
After my tenant rights were violated and the privacy of my students disrespected at the Guilford, VT, rental space where I conducted classes the past 4 years, I have left there and am currently teaching at training facilities in Vermont and Massachusetts. Contact me at [email protected] if you are interested in classes.

I’m very excited to let you know that a new training space in the Brattleboro area (which has been home base for my business the past 30 years) is in the planning stages — hopefully ready for Agility fun and training later this year. I will keep you posted about this new building as plans progress.

As a single sole proprietor of a small business the past three decades, keeping things going has not always been easy. Plus, teaching Agility requires a lot of space, expensive and heavy equipment, and a lot of energy and stamina to keep everything going. While I love the sport of Agility and the dogs are always awesome, what has kept me going in tougher times are my wonderful, devoted, amazing students.

I am ever grateful for the help and support of so many loyal Agility students over the years. You all are simply the best!!

Two different courses will be set for each round.

WHAT is an AGILITY SHOW & GO?
A Show & Go is a practice event for dog and handlers with previous agility training to run through a numbered course. It is less formal than a competition which offers a chance for you and your dog to test your skills on a course, get used to a show-like setting while still being able to train, use treats or toys, etc. Each dog and handler will have 3 minutes in the ring to run the course, re-do parts of it, practice a certain obstacle, and/or run it again to work on whatever you need to.

REGISTRATION:
Round 1: Registration open at 9am. First run to start by 9:30am
Round 2: Registration open at 10:45am. First dog to start by 11:30am

Entries: $20/dog for 2 separate runs of the course in your Round

TREATS, TOYS, JUMP HEIGHT: Handlers may run at ANY jump height they want (we will run 8”, 12”, and 16” heights) and since this is a Show & Go, handlers may use food, toys and targets as long as there is nothing crumbly left on course that might distract other dogs. It is recommended that you run the jump height your dog is used to.

BENEFIT EVENT: This event is an annual fundraiser for Perma Mercy Tanzania (PMT), an NGO started by Emmanuel Sarikiael, of Arusha, Tanzania. PMT has a goal of eradicating food insecurity across Tanzania. It strives to provide education to support chicken farming, sustainable gardening and healthful eating habits.
