We are primarily appointment based, but we see Work-in's and Emergencies based on availability. Our skilled Veterinarians perform annual vaccinations, wellness exams and routine visits; as well as providing a wide array of diagnostics and treatments for sick and injured pets, Monday - Friday. 🚨 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT 🚨

Due to flood damage to our facility and the current lack of air conditioning, we are unfortunately closed to the public until further notice.

At this time, we are working through the damage and doing everything we can to get things cleaned up, repaired, and back to normal as quickly and safely as possible. Unfortunately, we do not have a confirmed reopening date yet.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support during this difficult time. ❤️

We will keep everyone updated as soon as we have more information.

If you need to contact us please call or text our office cell phone at 304-549-3651 and someone at our St. Albans location will assist you!

If your pet is needing to be seen our St. Albans location is open and will see you in a timely manner. With that being said please be patient with them as they are seeing both hospitals patients and longer wait times are to be expected.

Update: Our computers are still down and we are unable to see any accounts etc. At this time we are unable to process any medication refills and blood work. Our staff is working very hard to get everything back up and running but at the point we are not sure how long it will take as tech is currently working on the computers to get them fixed. We are so sorry for any inconveniences!
