Our mission is: Small shelter with a big heart - because every animal deserves a home. Almost Home Animal Rescue is working to create a community of resources and solutions through committed care of animals, education of pet ownership, and providing a home for the homeless.

Oh, how we LOVE getting updates like this—especially for a boy who waited so long for his turn. 🥹

Enzo is doing fantastic in his new home! He’s been enjoying walks, plenty of cuddles, and has been great with all the people and pets he’s met. ❤️

Enzo spent a long time with us waiting for someone to finally see what we saw in him. And now? He’s out there living his best life. 🏡🐾

We couldn’t be happier for you, Enzo. You waited a long time for your happy ending, sweet boy, and you deserve every single cuddle. ❤️

We LOVE getting updates like this! ❤️

Mr. Watson has settled right into his new life and apparently decided pretty quickly that his person’s bed is actually his bed now. 😂

His adopter says he hasn’t left their side since going home, he’s an excellent cuddler, and more of his fun, energetic personality comes out every single day.

It sounds like Watson knew exactly where he belonged. 🥹❤️

These products are seriously amazing, and our staff and volunteers absolutely love them! Donations like this may not be the most glamorous part of animal rescue, but they make a huge difference in keeping our shelter stocked and running every day.

Herbie is settling in beautifully and is already so loved! He and Saige have become the best of friends—and they even play fetch together. 🥹

He may be the cuddliest little guy, but his spunky personality keeps his family laughing! We’re so happy to see Herbie thriving in his new home. ❤️🐾
