We have saved some incredible dogs from ACCT in Philly this year and we don’t understand why all these dogs are still waiting to be adopted.
They beat their timestamps and overcame their medical crises yet here they are, still waiting for their happy endings.
We can’t save new dogs if all our fosters are filled with dogs still waiting to be adopted!
To join our team of fosters, to help us save a new life, fill out the application below:

If you’re not in the position to do either, please share our posts to help spread the word about all our available animals!
