🚨🐾 IMPORTANT GROOMING POLICY REMINDER 🐾🚨

We love our clients and their sweet pups, but we need to remind everyone of a few important policies to help keep our grooming schedule running smoothly! ✂️🐶

⏰ 15-MINUTE LATE POLICY

If you arrive 15 minutes or more past your scheduled appointment time, you will be asked to reschedule.

Each appointment is scheduled to allow adequate time for your pup. One late arrival can throw off the entire day’s schedule and affect clients who arrive on time.

🚫 NO-CALL/NO-SHOW POLICY

If you fail to show up for your scheduled grooming appointment without notifying us, a $20 no-call/no-show fee will be charged.

📅 CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a $20 cancellation fee.

💰 ALL outstanding cancellation and no-show fees must be paid before another grooming appointment can be scheduled.

❤️ PLEASE RESPECT OUR TIME!

We completely understand that emergencies happen and life doesn’t always go as planned. However, grooming is a time-based service, and when an appointment is missed or canceled at the last minute, that is a spot we could have offered to another pup waiting to get in.

We do our best to accommodate everyone, and we simply ask for the same consideration in return.

Thank you to all our wonderful clients who consistently show up on time, communicate changes, and respect our schedule. You are appreciated more than you know! 🐾❤️

I will be contacting everyone tomorrow for rescheduling. Again I apologize for the inconvenience but I always want to give 100% to the pups.
