IN FOSTER ✨ Two Special FeLV+ Brothers Searching for Their Special Someone ✨

James and Jackson are 5‑month‑old kitten brothers who know, deep in their tiny hearts, that their person is out there — someone who sees their joy, their sweetness, and the love they’re ready to give. Someone who believes every life is worth loving, no matter how long.

Although they are happy and healthy now, these sweet boys have progressive FeLV (Feline Leukemia Virus), a virus that affects the immune system. It isn’t cancer, and it doesn’t define who they are — it simply means they will have shorter lives, and they’ll need an indoor‑only home with either no other cats or other FeLV‑positive cats.

But here’s the truth that matters most:
FeLV kittens can live happy, meaningful, love‑filled lives.
And these two deserve exactly that.

These boys are extra special. If you’re the kind of person who wants to make a beautiful difference, these boys will repay you with endless affection, loyalty, and joy.

They do not come sweeter than Cinnamon!💜
This swirly girl is the whole package.

At just under two years old she's youthful and playful but very low maintenance. She is great with other cats and adores the babies! She loves to bathe and smooch on them.

Cinnamon is good with kids and likely polite pups too! She would thrive in almost any home who appreciates a kitty that is beautiful inside and out.
Her stunning green eyes will knock you off your feet! But her personality is what will capture your heart. 💜

Cinnamon has waited patiently for her person to find her. We can't believe we've had such a perfect cat for as long as we've had her!

😻We had the MOST delightful day yesterday with our new Furriends from Metabolon – Small Molecules, Big Insights !
This lovely group chose Cat Tales for their generous Day of Service.

This crew CRUSHED it! They scrubbed walls, windows and ledges, deep cleaned our fridge, unloaded litter and did a whole garden cleanup! They were able to tackle things that had been looming on our to do list. 😮‍💨

Their hardwork and support helps us keep the cafe humming so we can provide the cats of Cat Tales Rescue NC a safe and healthy space.

We are so grateful to this team and to Metabolon for being a . They were fantastic! Thank MEW Metabolon! 😺

😺😺Re- intromewcing two amazing kitties: Cuddlebug and Casey!

We adopted out these cuties when they were about 6 months old. Sadly they were recently brought back to us tho NO fault of their own. Their humans had a VERY valid life reason- (and we don't say that often.....) so please, no negativity.

These two cats were very VERY loved..

That is clear when you meet them! They are SUPER lovey dovey and friendly. They are both CHONKY and AMAZING! They are fantastic with the other kitties too. In their home they would snuggle and groom each other. Such sweetness. 💜
If you're looking for a pair of happy, easy, affectionate cats, come meet them! They are really lovely. 🥰 🥰

Send NOODS! 😻

Noodles is our current office QUEEN! 👑

She is a riot. Noodles has oodles of personality but in a chill, easy going package.
At 3 years old she is out of the crazy kitten stage and into living-her-best-life stage. She'll probably be happiest as an only cat and possibly with a polite pup. She's fun and good with kids!

Noodles is available to meet without a reservation since she's holding down the fort in our back office.
If you'd like to meet Noodles please reach out and we can set up a meet and greet. Count on hours of deep and meaningful conversations with this total package!! 😻😻😻
