The Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) is expected to begin improvements to the U.S. Route 6 bridge over the DuPage River on September 8.

Planned work includes bridge joint replacement, concrete and structural repairs, guardrail replacement and other improvements.

Additional information, including anticipated traffic impacts, will be shared as it becomes available.

If anyone is looking for a new companion this girl may be in need of one! Owner is considering a shelter if she can't find a home. Lovey is about 3 years old, 18 pounds possibly a Jack Russell mix and lived with another dog. Suppose to be very lovable!

Vinny came to us because unfortunately his owners work had changed and unfortunately he couldn't be with Vinny as much as he wanted to. So he wants to do whats best for Vinny and asked us to find him a new home.

Vinny is the sweetest and happiest boy ever. He is just a big baby. He loves attention and being with his person. He does get along with other dogs and is housetrained.
Vinny is a 3yr old male Purebred Old English Sheepdog!
