Many of you have heard about the fire in Hunters crossing. Although I do not know these people I met the owner yesterday by chance. I have a client just a few doors down that I had to visit and she and her family were in the front yard of what was left of their home. I am willing to pick up donations and drop them off at the hive for you if you have any. I'm attaching a list of sizes that they could use immediately. They also need school supplies. They literally lost everything including their vehicles so anything that you have will be helpful. They also have two dogs if you would like to donate to them. Thank you for considering and just let me know if you would like me to pick up.

The Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) is expected to begin improvements to the U.S. Route 6 bridge over the DuPage River on September 8.

Planned work includes bridge joint replacement, concrete and structural repairs, guardrail replacement and other improvements.

Additional information, including anticipated traffic impacts, will be shared as it becomes available.

This sweet resilient girl has overcome so much and defied the odds more than once! TODAY the 7/25 is her 14th birthday Happy Birthday to the girl who owns my heart! My little angel Lexi who is intently watching that piece of food lol

If anyone is looking for a new companion this girl may be in need of one! Owner is considering a shelter if she can't find a home. Lovey is about 3 years old, 18 pounds possibly a Jack Russell mix and lived with another dog. Suppose to be very lovable!
