Check out the new YouTube video i just posted! It’s been over two years since i posted a video. I recorded this video over two years ago, thought i lost it…but I’m old (60)! Apparently the clouds can store our computer stuff! I live in the desert, never rains here! Which means, we don’t have very many clouds, SO it took me longer to find my video in the clouds…

I have been attending the reptile show in the Mesa Convention Center since the mid 1990’s. I have not attended the last two, because of the stance this show promoter takes with my friends, the reptile breeders. I have been in the ball python hobby since 2013, and I am friends with several of the vendors.

I will not go back to this show until they change their mind on banning breeders that show at other shows! I will BOYCOTT the show, and I would encourage others to do so as well!!! I think we can change their minds, if we change the turnout to their shows!!! When the gate is way down, they’ll come around! BOYCOTT!!!

If you’re local, I’d hope you’d join me in BOYCOTTING the Phoenix Reptile Show held at the Mesa Convention Center. If we speak with our $$$, maybe it will end these bully tactics… Picture just to get your attention! Enchi fire desert ghost! She’s beautiful!

I don’t post a lot! But I did a thing yesterday! Something I’ve wanted to do for about 10 years. I picked up a Bredl’s Python!!! Apparently, I only keep snakes that start with the letter “B”! Ball Pythons, Bull Snakes and Bredl’s Python??? 😜🤣😎

When I pick up animals for my collection, I go to folks that I admire, and look up to in the hobby. This animal was produced by one of the truly exceptional people in this hobby. This gentleman is all about the animals! Not only is he an awesome representative of our hobby, he is willing to help everybody! He’s a great person, and a guy I’m now proud to call a friend! Riley Jimison is top notch! And if you haven’t checked out Riley's Reptiles I just don’t know what you’re doing with your life! Thank you again Riley! Safe travels back to Sac, beother!

Well, after months of soul searching, I have accepted a coaching position on the varsity football staff of the Campo Verde Coyotes. I have not even met all of the kids yet, but the young men I have met are amazing! I will be coaching the offensive line…and chasing another one of these in 5A for sure!!! Have fun, and love one another, and winning happens as a byproduct…ONE SCHOOL!

With everybody giving their two cents on the ball python market, and it’s future, I wanted to post my thoughts on the market here on my breeder page. First, I have always participated in the hobby because I enjoyed the animals. The ball python is my favorite species of snake. There is a reason they are extremely popular. Second, I have never considered this a business, or a money making venture. I consider the animals and their wellbeing, for this reason I am not pairing animals this year. Finding good homes for my surplus animals is getting more difficult. You see, this market is just like any other, it is controlled by supply and demand. Right now supply is very high. I don’t believe demand is any lower, I think supply is just that much more. So, for my part, I will not be pairing animals this year, and I will concentrate on tightening up the collection, and my breeding plans going forward. I have several projects and animals that I am very excited about, and will have an excellent plan going forward. I am beginning my 11th year in the hobby.
