Franklin County 4-H Therapeutic Riding Center

Franklin County 4-H Therapeutic Riding Center We provide a traditional therapeutic riding program, a program for those on the autism spectrum, and Our program is located on 25 acres in Chambersburg, PA.

The facility consists of a 10-stall barn, 2 outdoor and 1 indoor riding arenas, pastures and trails. Weekly lessons taught by PATH/CECTH certified instructors are available for children and adults with physical and/or mental disabilities. While participating in the program, students will learn riding or driving skills and basic horsemanship skills through mounted and unmounted activities.

Our therapeutic riding center is going through paper towels faster than horses go through hayโ€”no hoof about it! ๐Ÿ˜„

If you can spare a roll or two (or a dozenโ€”we wonโ€™t judge!), weโ€™d be so gratefulโ€”because horses are amazingโ€ฆ but tidy they are not ๐Ÿ’ฉ๐Ÿ˜‰
