URGENT! Multiple doodles six months to three years old were just rescued from a hoarding situation. The shelter is full and the warden plans to euthanize them if no one comes forward. If you can help, please complete our foster or adoption application.

This is all the information we have. We have no specific pictures of the individual doodles. This image is a picture of one already rescued.

🐾 WELCOME TO DOGS UNLIMITED RESCUE, SMITTY! 🐾

We’d like to introduce the newest little face at Dogs Unlimited Rescue — Smitty! ❤️ He is a four year-old bichon.

Smitty recently lost his elderly owner and suddenly found himself needing somewhere to go. Linda Goldstein reached out to us asking if we could help, and because Linda graciously offered to foster Smitty, we were able to say YES! 🏡🐾

Smitty is a little guy, weighing under 20 pounds, and we’re looking forward to learning more about him as he settles into his foster home. His first order of business will be a veterinary visit for a complete exam and any medical care he may need, followed by a much-needed grooming so we can get this sweet boy feeling and looking his very best. ❤️

Once Smitty has been evaluated by our veterinarian, groomed, and receives his health clearance, he will officially be available for adoption through Dogs Unlimited Rescue.

It has been a very fun and busy summer of Transition Training here this summer. The last puppy has arrived for his 3 week Foundation of Behavior training. A big welcome to Murphy, who’s will be staying local with his very excited family! Gigi, Ruby and Honey will all be heading to Chicago. Rosie is heading to WV and Charlie to Cincinnati. We’re going to enjoy these last weeks of summer and then we can look at the beautiful Fall foliage of NE Ohio.

If you live in an area that is affected by the fires in Canada. Pls! Only quick let outs for your pets. They can go a couple/few days without a walk. Have a mega Freezebone or Enrichment toys throughout the day. This can be your dog also! Ripple had his breakfast 1.5c out of an xl Freezebone this morning. It took him almost an hour to finish.

Please only let your dogs out to go to the bathroom and right back in. They are so much smaller than humans and their little lungs are at risk!
