New Salon progress update….
All framing and ceiling joists are in, walk in bathing station for our large pups installed, small bathing tub moved to the new place and being refurbished. Next weekend will be electrical work and running all inside water lines.
I know we are running behind schedule.. I sincerely apologize for that. We have had a few set backs and some monkey wrenches thrown into our path, which that happens in any type of building projects. We have also been slowed down with the excessive rain we had for days on end and then the triple digit heat played a factor the last few weeks.
With all of that said, I need everyone to understand that this build is being done by my husband and myself on weekends and evenings after work. We have our friend Marshall that comes to help when he can and next weekend our friend Chris will be coming to help with the electric lines. Doug has been amazing with digging out the lagoon and has dug our trenches for new out door waterlines and has been keeping the lawns mowed for us.
All of this is being completed by just a few hands and paid for each week completely out of pocket after bills and necessities are taken care of.
I still have the overhead of the current salon to attend to until the move is completed as well. There are no bank loans or family financing to help with this. Just an awesome Lumber and supply company assisting us (Huge Thank You to Lacrosse) for everything, y’all are so appreciated.
Just wanted to give an update and let everyone know it’s just a slower process than planned. I am so excited for everything to be finished for all our furbabies. I’m probably the most anxious but I k ow the wait will be well worth it.
