3 weeks ago the tiniest intake we have ever had entered our rescue. We will over winter this little one. He was brought to us when the nest was accidentally disturbed and his egg was broken. He has been doing great so far. He was smaller than a nickel, my thumb covered him.

Meet Chuck. I know, I know, it's original! We usually don't name wildlife. I am just over the moon that Chuck has an appetite and is eating well. Chuck came in yesterday after he got himself into a bit of trouble. He was found exhausted in a bucket. Thankfully, he was found in time and brought to us.

This fluff nugget came in Saturday. I hesitated to post because I wasnt sure she would make it through the night. I am happy to report she seems to be doing okay and is on the mend. She was accidentally hit with a mower and is missing a ear and has some wounds to her head. Send some good vibes for continued healing!
