This is the only post I'll be making on the subject so hide it if you need to. There won't be more.
The end all wars president has started a war.
Two hundred BILLION of our tax dollars have been requested by the Pentagon and approved by Hegseth to fund the so far 3 weeks of said war.
The gas pumps already reflect another war tax on average citizens in massive price increases.
Epstein file was promised during election time period.
Denied after election.
Suppressed.
Finally released after massive public pressure heavily redacted but with enough left in it to make a decent person sick for days.
DOGE is crickets and never spoken of with a fraction of the job it was intended to do, done.
Raw oysters are sold and eaten without anything more than a tiny font disclaimer at the bottom of a restaurant menu while raw dairy producers are targeted and harassed.
I don't make political posts anymore because the era of connecting human to human on these platforms over ideas instead of ideology dogma are long since dead and buried. This isn't intended to be some wistful endorsement of other candidates that didn't get elected either. If they had it would be a different list. Different flavor. Same end of day horrible impacts on an already massively struggling society and economy.
There's not a single national politician that will help take care of your family if you can't heat your home in an ice storm, lose your roof to a tornado or struggle to feed your kids.
Get to know your neighbors. Build community. Messy imperfect community with other flawed humans. Connect to what is real and true and hold onto it with all you can. The only people served by dogmatic party loyalists left right and center are the already rich and ever more powerful. Get involved in your local politics where your voice and vote have a prayer of making a difference.
