Triple M Tracking Im an avid deer hunter of over 30yrs. Took up tracking while still in the service, and now spend my falls helping other hunters more than I hunt myself.

Always growing as a team, and gaining crucial knowledge to pass on. My dogs and I live to track!

Cash boy was back at it today!

First, I have to say that this is absolutely the best part of tracking.. being able to help make these memories for the kiddos!!

This young lady decided to hunt the youth season with her compound bow instead of a r***e. Mom n dad are doing it right!

After shooting this deer yesterday, the rain had ruined any chance of a blood trail. They did perfect backing out and giving us a call. Upon reviewing the shot on camera, we decided to hold off until this morning.

Cash boy made quick work of this track, and created some big ole smiles! Congratulations to the young hunter on a great deer, and atta boy Cash!

Red put in some work today!
The deer we were after was shot Wednesday evening. Walking to the last known location, she gave us the solid snap and took the line in a .7 mile loop right to this guy.

Oddly enough, it apparently wasn’t the deer that was shot… 🤷‍♂️ she looked great, her line looked great, and she got a prize!

All deer go to water to die! (Tracker joke) 🤣

This definitely wasn’t the prettiest of tracks for this meathead, but there were some outside factors involved, and we still got it done!

Here it is, the ‘26/‘27 season is FINALLY upon us! We spent the off season training, helping/testing fellow tracking teams, and moving a little further south here in Iowa.

Triple M (aka the 3 meatheads and I) are now located near Centerville, but we will still be servicing all the same areas as before plus more availability further south.

Red girl will be running backup for the early season while Cash and Rocky earn their spots on the roster. I have high expectations of these kids!

I’m ready, the dogs are ready, and all of the Iowa Blood Trackers Teams are ready to get this party started! Feel free to call or text (please leave a message if I can’t answer) if you have any questions, or need help with your deer recovery.

Cash boy and I made a trip to Mid-Mo this morning where he earned his UBT-1. This boy has come quite a ways and overcame some obstacles along the way. That being said, his determination/grit on a line is so much fun to watch! Can’t wait to see what this coming season has in store for him!

What a way to start the new year!! Ole Red put on a clinic in the hills of SE Iowa this morning!
At just under 1.6 miles and 21 hrs post shot, we kicked this deer up with a bit of a limp. We pressed on a couple hundred more yards hoping for the best, but hit a property line we couldn’t cross. Super proud of this girl today!

The track started at the hit site, and thd markers indicate blood on the track. Last drop was at the no go fence after kicking him up.

Get you some Red girl!!

It’s sure been quiet for tracks.. got this call today for a deer shot Saturday evening. Hunter spent Sunday looking for it, and lost blood in the thick timber. Started Red at last blood 50 hrs post shot. At 460ish yards later there he was. Ole Red worked the frozen/ aged track like a dream! Super proud of her on this one!

Whew, we went from running 100mph all over the tri-states, to someone popping the air brakes! Ole Red and I are feeling a bit lost at the moment!

What a crazy rut we had going this year, with some excellent recoveries, numerous deer found still alive on tracks, and a pile of Proof of Life pics post tracks.

We will continue to be available throughout the ‘25-‘26 season weather permitting. As always, feel free to reach out with any questions!
