❤️🐾 THE BIG GIVE IS HERE! 🐾❤️

This year, Texas Round Up Animal Alliance has set a goal to raise $20,000 to help us continue giving dogs the second chances they deserve.

For many of the dogs that come to TRUAA, we are their last hope.
They come to us after being abandoned, neglected, surrendered, overlooked, or running out of options. Some arrive scared and shut down. Some need medical care. Others need months of rehabilitation before they are ready to trust again.
We don’t give up on them.

At TRUAA, we provide more than a safe place to stay. We give these dogs the time, medical care, training, rehabilitation, love, and patience they need to heal. Through our Paws in Progress program, we work with dogs who need extra help learning that people can be kind and that life can be different.

Right now, we have 66 dogs in our care, and every one of them is counting on us.

And this Big Give, your gift can go even further. We have $8,500 in matching funds, helping donations make an even bigger impact toward our $20,000 goal.

You can choose where your gift helps most:
🍽️ Fill Their Bowls — Help feed the dogs in our care.
🩺 Vet Care for Lifers — Help cover lifelong medical care.
🐾 Paws in Progress — Help dogs heal, learn, build confidence, and trust again.
❤️ Protect Their Future — Help provide heartworm and flea preventatives.
🏠 Building Second Chances — Help us complete and improve our rescue trailers and create safer spaces for the dogs.
💙 General Fund — Let us use your gift wherever it is needed most.

For so many of these dogs, there isn’t another place waiting to take them. There isn’t another rescue lined up. Sometimes, we truly are the last stop between a dog losing everything and getting the second chance they deserve.

Help us reach $20,000 so we can continue saying yes when a dog has nowhere else to go.

🐾 Be the reason for second chances.

🎉 Voting is NOW OPEN for Best of Kerrville 2026! 🎉

Texas Round Up Animal Alliance is so excited and honored to be a finalist for Best Pet Boarding, and we would love your support! ❤️🐾

Voting runs September 11–28, 2026, so please take a moment to vote for your favorite boarding business and help us bring home the win for TRUAA!

What makes our boarding program extra special is that every stay gives back. When your dog boards with us, those funds help support the rescue dogs in our care with food, veterinary care, rehabilitation, training, and everything they need while waiting for their second chance.

Thank you, Kerrville, for nominating us, supporting us, trusting us with your dogs, and believing in what we do. We truly couldn’t do this without you! ❤️

🐾 Quality care for your dog. Hope for ours.
