Yay for Nose Work!!

Game Warden K9 Lucy and Game Warden Dory Kulis located a missing Montville man early yesterday morning.

Sunday night, Game Wardens were notified that a 46-year-old man was missing after leaving his residence on foot with his two dogs earlier that evening. Later, one of the dogs returned home without him. Friends and neighbors helped search with no luck, then Maine State Police assisted with a search of the residence.

Game Warden K9 teams arrived on scene and began searching the wooded area around the property as heavy rain and winds picked up. At approximately 2:10 am Warden Dory Kulis and her K9 Lucy located the missing man in a wooded area approximately 3/4 of a mile from the residence. Still accompanied by his other dog, he was soaked from the driving rain, but uninjured with no need for medical treatment.
