This is Moose, Mables twin brother. He's here to get started on the basics of hunting. He's doing exceptionally well on most all aspects of his training. He's showing a great natural point and retrieve. He learned to swim also. He is ready to hit the field and show his owner what it's all about. However, Moose also has three little girls 8, 6 & 4 years of age who really miss him. So dad will surely have to share Moose with the girls!! Moose doesn't know how lucky he is!!

Been awhile since you last saw Mable. I had a hiccup in her training. Seems that the neighbors fireworks messed with her head a bit. Made her noise sensitive. I didn't realize it till mid August. So, I had to work through this. She is now back on track with her training. We are now shooting birds over her with no issues. Matter of fact, birds are really helping with this issue. She's back to her bubbly self. Her prey drive has also picked up immensely. Hope to have some better photos and videos soon.

Rocky finished his started title and made it back home. My good friend Charles and his son took him to the tests for me. Now it's time for him to switch to the hunting mode! Which he's very good at. I will be doing a repeat breeding that produced Rocky this winter. If your looking for a good looking dog with Personality, Point & Performance this may be a litter to consider.

Just received a nice photo of Mables big brother. Word has it, he's got a great nose and acts like an old man around the house. (I resent that comment!!) But I'm sure his owner meant it in the best way possible! Babe and Henry made some beautiful talented babies.

Time to get the old dogs out. Rosie hasn't been on birds since last hunting season. She will need a few birds to get her back in shape! You can see she's happy to get the opportunity!! A little rusty but she's a really tuff upland dog.

The other apple of my eye! I just celebrated 55 years of marriage with my high school sweetheart. This little gal (Sunny), is my other true love. Soon to be nine years old. Her eyes are getting a bit cloudy and her muzzle is nearly white. Her heart is pure gold! I could write a book on this one dog. We've shared a lot and she's taught me a lot. I can only hope anyone reading this has also had a Sunny. She asks very little and gives me everything she has. She has everthing I look for in a dog. She loves to work, loves to hunt and loves to cuddle. No matter how many years we have remaining, it won't be enough. One of life's true blessings!
