Another (not so) humble brag about our amazing team. We’re the pet care provider for Windsor at Celebration, helping some of Celebration’s most vulnerable residents to care for their fur babies. When our veteran team member Rick arrived to take Truffle out for his walk this morning, Truffle was a little bit lethargic, had loose stool and vomited while he was outside. Rick went above and beyond, literally examined the vomit, and discovered fertilizer pellets in it — Truffle had consumed some of it in the dark last night. Not only did Rick do this, he went above and beyond and identified the type of chemicals in the fertilizer and coordinated with the Windsor team to figure out where the fertilizer came from so they could communicate with the landscaping vendor to ensure they don’t use it again in the immediate vicinity of the building going forward. This is how much we care about the pets. We are not above examining vomit to make sure another pup doesn’t get sick. This is also why you should always make sure you’re partnering with a truly professional pet care service. The difference is real. And Truffle ended up being totally OK, he’s handsome as ever.
