Our association is trying to get Veterinary Hospice and Palliative Medicine recognized as a board certified specialty. Just as we have ophthalmologists for the tough eye cases and cardiologists for the tough heart cases. We feel that hospice is a vital part of veterinary medicine and should be recognized as such.

🐾 You know what helps senior pets when you have hard floors that can be slippery? Rugs! These runners are on sale at Aldi right now! Did you know if you make a path of runners through your house, your dog is likely to stick to the path?? Try it out! 🐾

It’s also super important to keep their nails and fur trimmed! 🐶

Don’t be afraid to get your senior pets to the vet!
