And that's why we're here. Danielle, the Owner and Head Trainer for Dogslanding, has worked at nearly every doggy daycare from Southern California to the great state of Texas. Her experiences have been awful despite the constant love she has received from the pets she's worked with. She started this venture with the mission to change pet care for the better and to provide a service she would trust her own pets with. Boarding & Daycare dogs will stay at the Bunk House in Cedar Creek where there is round-the-clock care for your canine. Training also available! When your pet comes to us you can sleep at night knowing you are providing them with the most excellent care. And we can sleep at night knowing we're providing it! Exposing your dog to others may feel counterintuitive, but controlled exposure is where real breakthroughs happen. Scary things stay scary until your dog learns how to navigate them.

We see this constantly—around age 1 or 2, a dog shows reactivity, their owner gets anxious, and exposure stops because walks no longer feel safe. But total avoidance doesn't fix the issue; it just locks it in.

Conditioning “PLACE” with Ham! 🐾 This boy is a classic anxious doodle who was lacking some basics, and struggling a lot with the crate at home.

By calmly and positively conditioning the place command, we are teaching Mr. Ham how to self soothe and follow through with commands.

What questions do you have about ‘Place’? This is one of our favorite exercises to do with anxious dogs!

Happy Friday friends! 🐾 Junie & Levi saying hi 👋

Small dogs thrive at Dogslanding. We have designed a unique environment that keeps little pups completely safe while giving them effective boarding, daycare, and training. Junie and Levi have had a great time doing facility sessions, board and trains and our leash class!

It is amazing to watch them gain confidence and build proper socialization skills here.
